On 1 September 2016, ECTV NETWORK LIMITED and MNBC Co. LTD have signed an agreement to launch the English Club TV channel in Mongolia. Since then the world-famous TV channel for learning English has become available for viewers in the region through Digital Terrestrial Television (DTTV) system of MNBC.
